Renewals, handled
FDA requires renewal every even-numbered year between October 1 and December 31 — even for registrations completed earlier that same year. We track and file it for you.
How it works

FDA's registration form asks for these items. Gather them before you start and the application takes about 15 minutes — or start now and save your progress while you collect the rest.
The most important is the DUNS number for the exact manufacturing facility — FDA requires it as the facility identifier, and the legal name and address in Dun & Bradstreet must match the registration.
